100% Refund

Refund Amount: Complete refund excluding handling costs

50% Refund

Refund Amount: 50% of the full charter fee

Refund Duration: Processed within 7-10 business days

Handling Charge: €25 will be subtracted from the refund amount

Stipulation: Justified reason necessary; subject to management fees

If Canceled Less than 24 Hours Before Charter

No Refund

Refund Amount: Refunds are not issued

Exceptions: Urgent conditions might be considered

Alternative Option: A voucher for chartering may be granted at the management's discretion

Refunds due to Adverse Weather Conditions

Weather Guarantee

Your safety stands as our utmost concern. Should our certified captain deem the weather as perilous for yachting, we offer several alternatives:

  • Complete Refund: Offered if no alternative scheduling is feasible
  • Reschedule Option: You can reschedule your charter to another date at no added cost
  • Charter Voucher: A voucher valid for one year from the original chartering date

Weather Evaluation Protocol

We undertake the following to evaluate weather conditions:

  • Evaluation of wind pace and trajectories
  • Assessment of wave magnitudes and the state of the sea
  • Visibility and prediction of rainfall
  • Advisories from the Coast Guard and other alerts
  • The skipper's assessment regarding safety

Deadline for Decision: Decisions to cancel due to bad weather are made no more than 4 hours before the scheduled departure.

Refunds Related to Medical Urgencies

Urgent Medical Situations

We comprehend that urgent medical situations arise. The below situations might qualify for special consideration:

  • Sudden medical conditions or injuries necessitating hospital care
  • A death among immediate kin
  • Sudden military instructions or recalls
  • Summons for jury service or court orders
  • Travel hindrances due to natural calamities

Documentation for Claims

For emergency refund requests, please provide:

  • Documentation proving medical attention or hospitalization
  • Death certificate if applicable
  • Verified military requisitions
  • Official jury or court summonses
  • Announcements of travel restrictions or state emergencies

Processing: Emergency refunds will be reviewed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of appropriate evidence.

Cancellations by Our Operation

Vessel Malfunctions

Should the vessel you have booked encounter mechanical issues that remain unresolved:

  • An Alternate Vessel: An effort to provide a comparable replacement
  • Complete Refund: Provided when no suitable substitute is found
  • Partial Refund: In case the alternate vessel differs in price
  • Compensation: Further amends may be available for the inconvenience caused

Unavailable Crew

In the rare case that certified crew cannot be provided:

  • A substitute crew will be sought when feasible
  • A full refund will be extended if the trip cannot continue
  • Rescheduling without extra charges

Voucher Specifics

  • Validity Duration: One year from issue
  • Non-Transferable: Cannot be exchanged among different people
  • Monetary Value: Corresponds to the entire value of the charter without deductions for fees
  • Application: Can be utilized for any open charter option
  • Non-Extendable: Cannot be prolonged beyond a year

Compensation for Partly Rendered Services

Service Disruptions

If your yacht trip is hindered or cut short because of situations we control:

  • Return of payment corresponding to the time not used
  • Credit equal in value for a future rental
  • Gratuitous offerings or upgrades

Problems Arising from the Guest

If a voyage concludes prematurely due to a guest's behavior or safety infractions:

  • No reimbursements for the period unutilized
  • The full payment obligation persists
  • Additional expenses might be levied

Resolving Disagreements

Should you disagree with the outcome of a refund claim, the following are your options:

  • Ask for a reassessment from our administrative team
  • Present supplementary evidence or documentation
  • Contact consumer protection bodies for mediation
  • Legal avenues can be pursued in line with jurisdictional laws
