Service availability is dependent on various factors and we can modify or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Charter booking requirements include:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Provision of valid and full details
  • Submission of the needed deposit as noted in the booking confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Booking is only deemed confirmed with the delivery of payment and our confirmation in writing. We hold the right to deny service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is contingent on the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We'll take reasonable measures to meet your requested dates and time slots.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing is given in € and includes all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the charter's full price is required at the time of booking
  • Remaining Balance: Must be paid 48 hours before the charter departs
  • Incidental expenses (if any): To be paid once the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment include prominent credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified checks. Secure, encrypted processes are utilized for payment transactions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Before departure by more than 72 hours: A complete refund minus service fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: A 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Nonrefundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In instances where our captain judges weather conditions as unsafe, options will include:

  • Rescheduling your charter on an alternative available date at no extra cost
  • Issuing a full refund when rescheduling proves unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If a mechanical problem occurs with the designated vessel, we will attempt to supply an appropriate substitute. If substitution isn't possible, a full reimbursement will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Comply with directions provided by the crew
  • Make use of safety gear as instructed
  • Declare any health conditions that could affect their safety at sea
  • Stay within assigned areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items listed below are not allowed on board:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal drugs
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excess quantities of alcohol (beyond sensible amounts for personal consumption)
  • Pets (unless permission has been previously obtained)

6.3 Conduct

Guests must behave in a manner that is considerate and respectful. We retain the authority to terminate a charter prematurely, without a refund, in cases where the conduct of a passenger endangers safety or causes disruption to others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our accountability is restricted to the cost you paid for the charter. We are not answerable for:

  • Injuries to oneself due to one's carelessness
  • Theft or damage to personal belongings
  • Losses that are indirect, incidental or punitive
  • Delays brought about by weather or situations we cannot control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We ensure our vessels and operations are fully insured according to maritime insurance standards. Passengers should have their personal and travel insurance in place.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our services, you recognize the inherent risks associated with maritime activities and you accept full responsibility for your own safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules owing to factors like weather, safety concerns, or operational needs. Attempts will be made to ensure alternative experiences are of a similar standard.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held accountable for interference, cancellation, or alteration due to forces beyond our control, which include but are not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Acts of God
  • Regulatory enactments
  • Port shutdowns
  • Mechanical breakdowns

10. Privacy and Data Protection
